The Blakeley

Welcome to The Blakeley, a truly charming historic building located on a bustling street in downtown Lawrence, Massachusetts. This incredible property is comprised of two buildings - one of which is a beautifully renovated old building, while the other is a stunning new construction, perfectly blending the old and the new. In 2008, the new construction was finished and included an atrium that serves as a welcoming entry. The management office is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator, as are all of the apartments in this six-story property. On the first floor, you'll find 4,267 square feet of commercial space.

The Blakeley offers a total of 46 apartments, consisting of 10 one-bedroom units and thirty-six two-bedroom units. Each of these apartments is designed to be affordable and is available to tenants who are eligible under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Community Based Housing (CBH) programs. You'll find that each unit has its own air conditioning unit, while the common areas have central AC. Additionally, heat and hot water are included in the rent, making it easier for tenants to manage their monthly expenses. Tenants only need to pay for electricity separately.
